Tilapia Fillets with Parsley
Serves 4, Preparation time: 30 min
8 Regal Springs Tilapia Fillets
½ cup olive oil
1 cup parsley leaves
3 roasted garlic cloves
salt and pepper to taste
Fried parsley leaves to decorate
1. Blend the olive oil with parsley and garlic. Season to taste. Reserve.
2. Season the Tilapia fillets.
3. Heat a fry pan and add 1 tablespoon of the parsley oil, sear the fillets one by one on both sides and cook for 6 to 8 minutes turning until cooked perfectly. Repeat the same procedure with all.
4. Serve hot with your favorite salad or steamed rice. Decorate with fried parsley leaves and more parsley oil.
