Sesame Crusted Tilapia

Serves 4.


4 fresh Tilapia Fillets from Honduras or Mexico
4 tablespoons white sesame seeds
4 tablespoons black sesame seeds
1/2 cup ponzu sauce
1 tablespoon wasabi paste
2 teaspoons salt
3 tablespoons vegetable oil


Combine white and black sesame seeds and set aside.

Combine ponzu and wasabi, and set aside.

Season Regal Springs Tilapia fillets with salt on both sides. Dredge in sesame seeds.

In a sauté pan, heat oil, add crusted tilapia fillets and cook approximately 4 minutes per side, or to an internal temperature of 165ºF. Remove from pan and serve with prepared wasabi ponzu sauce.
