Tilapia Fries

Serves 4.


4 frozen Regal Springs Tilapia loins
1 tablespoon water
1 egg
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup fish-fry batter mix


Combine water and egg to make the egg wash.

Cut Regal Springs Tilapia loins into 4- to 5-inch-long, 1/4-inch-wide sticks.

Dredge each tilapia stick in flour, dip in egg wash and dredge in dry batter mix.

Pan-fry tilapia sticks in 350ºF oil until golden and crispy, and serve.
