Our First Newsletter! Welcome to the inaugural issue of The Regal Way! We are very excited to have another way to share all of the good Regal Springs Tilapia is doing. The newsletter will be consistently evolving, but some regular topics will include: an update on one of our communities, social projects, employee bios and recipes.
A Thank You goes out to all our customers and visitors who made our time in Brussels so valuable. We have tremendous demand for our premium tilapia– even in Europe, where tilapia is still not as well known as in other markets. Many have expressed appreciation for our exemplary stance on environment and community investment.

This is where it all begins. This photo shows a male tilapia tending to his family’s eggs—in his mouth. It’s what male tilapia do, something in aquaculture known as a “paternal mouthbrooder.” The male fish will hold and protect the eggs in his mouth until the baby tilapia hatch. Why is this important to
