Tilapia can be grilled, baked, sautéed, broiled or poached. It accepts sauces well and can be used in recipes calling for snapper, sole, cod, haddock, pompano, flounder, sea bass, or orange roughy.

Since Regal Springs has complete control of the entire tilapia aquaculture process from our freshwaters to your plate, the quality of the fish is traceable. That means fish lovers consistently receive a pure, white tilapia with a firm, non-flaky texture. Having full control over the process also allows us to keep our fish competitively priced.

While we next-day air our fresh tilaplia, we also ship our OceanChill™ fresh fish via boat in special refrigerated containers keeping the temperature at a steady 31 degrees. Since ocean shipping consumes 98 percent less fuel than air, this sustainable way drastically reduces our carbon footprint. Our advanced refrigeration process allows our ocean-shipped product to arrive fresh and has the same shelf life as product shipped by air. We pass along the savings in shipping to our customers. It’s a win-win for our customers and mother earth.
