In the early years, the founder focused on small volumes in clean spring waters, collaborating with local farmers and employing individuals from the local community. The mission was two-fold: to produce the best tilapia product and to subsequently make a profit with which to build up the infrastructure of the communities. We´ve grown to be the industry leader and innovator. Currently we have more than 6,000 employees and production sites across Northwest Honduras, Indonesia and Mexico. The formula worked.
