History
Amidst a pristine landscape of volcanoes, rice fields and fresh water springs in Central Java, Regal Springs began farming tilapia in 1988.
In the early years, the founder focused on small volumes in clean spring waters, collaborating with local farmers and employing individuals from the local community. The mission was two-fold: to produce the best tilapia product and to subsequently make a profit with which to build up the infrastructure of the communities. We´ve grown to be the industry leader and innovator. Currently we have more than 6,000 employees and production sites across Northwest Honduras, Indonesia and Mexico. The formula worked.
