Health Care

Our employees’ health determines our company’s success, so we have instituted health insurance, clinics, and ambulances in communities.  For example, in Honduras, we have a full time physician on staff at our clinic, and a cadre of fantastic nurses who attend to our employees and their families.  Care ranges from keeping track of a diabetic’s progress to assisting at a birth. Our employees’ children receive daycare, too, giving the women who filet our fish the comfort of knowing their children are nearby in a safe and healthy environment.
